EZ Umrah Services

EZ Umrah is not affiliated with any government offices or embassies. We act solely as an intermediary, assisting travelers with arrangements for services provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other service vendors (hereinafter referred to as “Service Providers”).

Our website and marketing materials display travel-related information, including destinations, airfare, tour packages, insurance, transportation, and more, for your convenience. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this information, we do not guarantee its reliability and are not liable for any inaccuracies. Many services included in your booking are subject to the Service Providers’ terms and conditions, which may limit their liability. We recommend reviewing their terms before finalizing any bookings.

EZ Umrah is not responsible for information provided by third parties, including Service Providers. We advise confirming all details, including pricing, packages, and availability, directly with the respective Service Providers. Travel documents such as visas, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, and tour confirmations are non-transferable and may be subject to specific conditions, including non-refundable policies and cancellation fees. If a Service Provider is unable to fulfill the booked service, any resolution must be pursued directly with them.

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, travelers are responsible for securing all necessary passports, visas, and health-related documents required for travel.

Travelers Requiring Special Assistance

If you require special assistance due to a disability, you must notify EZ Umrah in writing at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs but are not responsible for any denial of service by the Service Providers. Travelers requiring assistance with walking, dining, or personal care must be accompanied by a qualified and physically able companion, as EZ Umrah does not provide such services. If a suitable companion is not available, we may cancel the reservation and issue a refund for the deposit. We accept no liability for any traveler requiring assistance who does not have an accompanying companion.

Liability Disclaimer

EZ Umrah is not responsible for any traveler missing part of their itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. Travelers are responsible for any additional expenses incurred to rejoin their group. No changes to the itinerary can be made after departure, and no refunds will be issued for unused services.

Shipping & Handling of Documents: EZ Umrah primarily uses courier services such as FedEx to return travel documents unless an alternative pre-paid courier service is arranged by the traveler. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from third-party courier services.

Safety Considerations: While traveling with EZ Umrah, certain risks may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: travel in undeveloped areas, various modes of transportation, natural disasters, political unrest, terrorism, and medical emergencies in remote locations. We do not guarantee access to medical care and are not liable for any health-related incidents. By participating in an EZ Umrah package, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
