These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of EZ-Umrah.com websites, mobile applications, and travel-related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

EZ-Umrah (“we,” “us,” “our”) acts as a travel organizer and facilitator for Umrah packages and related travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, ground operators, transportation providers, and insurance companies. We do not own or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, errors, or omissions, except as required by law.

2) Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information (names exactly as on passports, contact details, travel dates, payment information).
• You must comply with all relevant entry requirements, health regulations, and local laws in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Review confirmations upon receipt and promptly notify us of any discrepancies.

3) Bookings, Pricing & Payments

• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once EZ-Umrah or the supplier issues written confirmation and receives required deposits or payments.
• Pricing: Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and may change before full payment due to currency fluctuations, taxes, surcharges, or supplier fees. Material increases will be communicated.
• Deposits & Payments: Payment deadlines are stated in your invoice/itinerary. Missed payments may lead to cancellations and additional fees.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Third-party payment processors may handle transactions. Chargebacks without attempting good-faith resolution may be treated as cancellations by you.
• Special Requests & Accessibility: Requests will be forwarded to suppliers, but we cannot guarantee fulfillment. Notify us in writing for any accessibility or assistance needs as early as possible.

4) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• By You: All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Supplier policies dictate fees and refunds; our administrative fees may apply in addition.
• By Suppliers / Force Majeure: Suppliers or we may modify, re-route, or cancel itineraries due to operational needs, weather, strikes, political events, epidemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds follow supplier policies. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Air Tickets: Airline tickets may be nonrefundable or subject to change/cancellation penalties per airline rules. No-shows usually forfeit the entire fare.

5) Travel Documents & Health

• You must carry valid passports, travel documents, and health/vaccination certificates. Entry is at the discretion of authorities.
• Some activities may involve inherent risks. Travelers are responsible for consulting healthcare providers and reviewing official advisories before departure.

6) Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance (covering trip interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage, and supplier defaults) is strongly recommended. Declining insurance means you assume all financial risks.

7) Supplier Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

• Suppliers are independent entities and responsible for their services.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ-Umrah is not liable for supplier actions, personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from Force Majeure events.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us for the relevant booking.
• We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8) Code of Conduct

Travelers must behave respectfully toward staff, guides, and fellow travelers. Illegal or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.

9) Travel Advisories & Risks

You are responsible for reviewing official travel advisories and making informed decisions. Booking confirms your acknowledgment of inherent risks.

10) Sanctions & Export Controls

You confirm that you are not subject to sanctions and will not use the Services in violation of anti-money laundering, export control, or other applicable laws.

11) Intellectual Property & Site Use

All content on EZ-Umrah.com is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission or engage in fraudulent activity, scraping, or security breaches.

12) User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant EZ-Umrah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for Services and marketing. You are responsible for obtaining permissions from identifiable individuals.

13) Privacy

Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices.

14) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Some jurisdictions may not allow disclaimers; portions of this section may not apply to you.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold EZ-Umrah and its employees harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of law.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Informal Resolution: Contact support@ez-umrah.com and allow 30 days to resolve disputes.
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration. You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing support@ez-umrah.com with “Arbitration Opt-Out” as the subject.

17) Changes to Services & Terms

We may update Services or Terms. Updates are effective upon posting unless a later date is specified. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

18) Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. These Terms, along with booking confirmations and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
